On 10 December 2020, the Working Group on Discrimination against Women & Girls with the Special Rapporteurs on the Right to Health and on Violence against Women wrote to the governments of Argentina and South Korea in support of their law reform efforts, and commending government support for law reform in Argentina. After the new law was passed in Argentina, they wrote welcoming the new law there.
