As part of UNFPA’s Let’s Talk SRHR: From Demographic Changes to the Future We Want Beyond 2030 series, we are pleased to invite you to join a global webinar on: From Strategy to Action:
29 October 2026 | 8:30-9:30 AM New York time
A young person’s present and future depends on an environment that supports them: access to comprehensive sexuality education, youth-responsive healthcare, protection from child marriage and gender-based violence, and real opportunities to participate in peace and sustainable development.
UNFPA’s global strategy, “My Body, My Life, My World!”, places young people at the center of sustainable development. It focuses on giving every young person the knowledge and autonomy to make informed decisions about their bodies and lives, while helping them actively shape their communities. By addressing systemic barriers and inequities early on—especially for adolescent girls and marginalized groups—the strategy treats youth empowerment not just as a matter of justice, but as a vital investment in their potential and leadership.
As UNFPA prepares its upcoming Adolescents and Youth Strategy 2.0, the webinar From Strategy to Action: What Young People Need to Thrive in a Changing World will explore this evolving vision. Built around the pillars of My Body, My Life, and My World, this youth-led session will highlight diverse lived experiences, share cross-regional recommendations, and showcase how UNFPA partners directly with young people to drive meaningful, rights-based change.
This event is part of the Let’s Talk SRHR: Delivering Today, Shaping Beyond 2030 webinar series—a global platform connecting civil society, feminist and youth movements, and researchers to expand civic space, deepen partnerships, and craft actionable policies for the post-2030 agenda.
Join us for this interactive, youth-led conversation to hear directly from young advocates working to ensure rights, choices, and dignity for all.
