We wish to express solidarity with the people of Ukraine. There have been invasions and wars in more than one part of the world, even in the 22 years of this century, and all have had the same outcomes – death, destruction, separation, pain, fear and loss. As a network promoting public health and human rights, we call on everyone to oppose this unjust war, call for an immediate ceasefire and promote peace. We call on the whole world to build a just, peaceful, safe, sustainable future.
