Dear Community,
We welcome you to 2026, a special year, in which we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Latin American Consortium against Unsafe Abortion (Clacai). We are proud to have completed so many years of work in defense of sexual and reproductive rights. In this newsletter we share the main actions developed by Clacai during the last three months, as well as some initiatives promoted by member organizations and allies of the Consortium.

On October 31 and November 1 of 2025, we brought together 400 people from Latin America and the world in Bogotá, for our eighth Regional Conference: “The Horizons of the Right to Abortion.” We provide you with the photographic record of the event, a video summary and the reports of the panels, workshops and talks.
In this newsletter we share the main actions developed by Clacai during the last three months, as well as some initiatives promoted by member organizations and allies of the Consortium.
