To mark the #16DaysofActivism campaign, ASTRA Youth organized a social media photo event ‘I hav e the right to…’ in order to call attention to sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people in the region. ASTRA Youth members published their photos with messages calling for recognition of young people’s right to comprehensive sexuality education, access to sexual and reproductive heath services, contraception and safe abortion. They also paid attention to the fact that limiting or banning access to these services is a form of institutional violence.[space_20]
On the occasion of Human Rights Day, they said:[space_20]
“We want to remind people: Sexual and reproductive rights are human rights!”[space_20]
