Dear Friends,
Poland woke up to a brutal reality. People who want women to give birth after rape, and those who unlawfully detain a doctor helping to terminate a pregnancy in accordance with the law, have the support of over 4 million people in Poland. This is not a fringe group. This is a dangerous force that has gained a voice and influence.
In times like these, a friend is someone who is truly essential. The best person for tough and very tough moments. Because when three-quarters of the political scene promotes a right-wing narrative, we can only rely on ourselves — on our courage, on our solidarity, on our mutual support. These elections have once again shown that the most important strength is the power of community and small groups, like ABOTAK and those who support us regularly.
That’s why today we invite you to become a friend of ABOTAK, through thick and thin. Together, let’s fight for rights that truly matter and have an impact on our lives and health. Let’s act together with courage, without bowing to sadists and abusers.
