The International Campaign for Women’s Right to Safe Abortion (ICWRSA) is an international membership network of over 1,500 organisations and individuals in approximately 130 countries, and the Young Activist Network for Abortion Advocacy (YANAA), working together to promote universal access to safe abortion as a women’s health and human rights issue since 2012.
As we reflect on the Campaign’s impact to date, this is clearly a pivotal moment. Global dynamics are shifting, donor priorities are evolving, and challenges to abortion and broader sexual and reproductive health and rights are continuing to grow. We believe this is a moment to pause, reflect, and centre the voices of our members to rethink and reimagine the collective path forward.
After ten years of international coordination, advocacy and information sharing, we’re asking you – the members – what you value about this network? What do you hope to see in the future? Do you have ideas on how you can contribute or contribute more? Your feedback will help determine how the Campaign continues, and what its priorities moving forward should be.
