SPAIN – Anti-abortion lawyers’ group loses their case against two abortion clinics

The Superior Court of Justice of the Principality of Asturias, the highest court in the Principality, has overturned the ruling of the Provincial Court of Oviedo and found that the publicity materials of the Belladona and Buenavista Clinics are in conformity with the regulations of the Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
