Discussion paper on the termination of pregnancy law reform in the Australian Northern Territory

  In December 2016, the Northern Territory Government published a Discussion Paper that contains various proposals to reform abortion laws in the Territory. The Human Rights Law Centre (HRLC) welcomes this opportunity to comment on the proposed reforms. The HRLC is a national human rights organisations whose mandate includes the protection and promotion of women’s reproductive rights.
