On 28 September the #AudienciaPúblicaMujeres (Public Hearing for Women) will take place , organized by Congresswomen Marisa Glave and Indira Huilca with the support of the above civil society organizations, where a draft law that decriminalises abortion in cases of rape will be presented.
We invite all the organizations,collectives, groups and individuals who have been involved in the campaign Dejala Decidir (Let Her Decide) to attend. Peru has a new opportunity to recognise #DerechoADecidir of women. The fight to decriminalise abortion on grounds of rape continues.
